Tooele County Sheriff's Department
The Town of Stockton contracts with the Tooele County Sheriff's Department in order to enforce laws, prevent crimes, respond to emergencies, and provide support services.
Fire Department
This department is responsible for responding to and preventing fires and providing rescue services.

Planning Commission
The Stockton Planning & Zoning Commission hold their regular monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of each month, unless notified, at the Stockton Town Hall, meetings also begin at 7:00pm.

This department is responsible for accurately processing and maintaining water/sewer utility accounts
The utility department also receives, completes and maintains records of maintenance and inspection work orders, accesses utility billing paperwork and computer database for customer billing records, and directs calls and visitors to appropriate departments.
